Vancouver Island Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends, in Victoria, BC, is seeking applicants for the position of Resident Friend, for a term of 2-3 years, commencing no later than May 1, 2025.
The role includes responsibility for meeting the general public, assisting with rentals and other enquiries; light janitorial duties; liaison with the Quaker community; and gardening duties (to be negotiated). Must be able to handle basic communication by computer.
The role is unpaid. Housing is provided in a 1-bedroom, unfurnished suite that is part of the Heritage Meeting House.
